  • 888 Fit

Our first fit for Men’s is Lot Number 888 – which is a Low Rise Straight. The 888 is the original fit; sleek, smart and designed for extreme comfort. It is a classic 5-pocket straight leg jean with a zipper fly. It sits just below the waist and is easy through the thigh. It has a 26.5cm or 10.5″ front rise and a 44.5cm or 17.5” leg opening. It is offered in a regular 81cm/32” and a long 86cm/34” leg inseam.

Of course new fits will evolve over time as feedback is received from the design community. In the case of new fits we would work with the designers to develop these and issue a new lot number.

We suggest that you do two measurements, namely your waist where you like your jeans to sit and the leg inseam of your favorite best fitting pair.

To do this you will need either a metric or imperial measuring tape and a pen and paper.

Waist – measure over undergarments at the natural waistline (beltline). To get the most accurate measurements, have someone else measure you or even take your favorite pair along to your local tailor and have them assist you. Be sure to hold the measuring tape straight and snug, not tight, to your body.  Write this waist measurement down.

Leg inseam – lay jean flat on a table face up.  On the left leg measure the relaxed inside seam from crotch point to bottom hem following the seam shape.  Write this inseam measurement down.
